This Is How A Heart Break Feels Like

Or should I say, how it looks like. Many will be able to relate to this image. It's a depiction of being torn inside and a sense of painful separation, leading to a momentary state of confusion and loss.

Many will be able to relate. Many will react with tears. Many will understand and empathise.
